The Cloud Room

For an hour I have been online with the intentions of posting. Why haven't I? It sounds silly, but my head is too full of posts to start. Mentally I have wrote so many over the past week that I have not typed up. For some reason it is times like this when I find it hardest to start. Instead I have been looking at silly things while I listen to Los Campesinos and The Cloud Room. I started listening to The Cloud Room in 2005 when Sabrina at pocketpig.com put the video to Hey Now Now on her website. It has been fun to watch their Internet presence grow over the last two years. I used to check music sharing sites for their songs and not be able to find any. Then one day Lee yelled "Hey I found your stupid song." That was a happy day. Today I was checking their tour schedule and squealed when I read they were going to be in Denver. Denver is a six hour drive, but really is the closest I can hope for. I can't really expect them to show up in Dodge City can I? Then I remembered that I can't really afford to take another trip right now, especially with gas at $3.30 a gallon. We are planning a family trip to New York this summer. On top of that I promised Jason I would take him to a concert this summer and he wants to go to Rockfest in Kansas City. I can't complain, but sometimes I still do.


Here is one of the silly things I have been doing today. I have also found out that Jessica Simpson is my celebrity breast twin, although unlike mine, her breasts are probably still closer to her chin than her belly button.
